How to Install and Prime Your Q Series Side Fill Pod

Fitting a fresh Q Series side-fill Pod is a quick, clean, magnetic process. Remove the old Pod from the Q Series device by pulling it upwards from the magnetic connection. Before inserting the fresh Pod, fill it through the side-fill port — push the silicone tab aside, fill to the maximum line with your chosen e-liquid, and push the tab firmly back into place. Leave the Pod to sit for two to three minutes before your first draw on a fresh Pod to allow the VPU tech mesh to saturate with e-liquid fully. Push the filled Pod into the device's magnetic connection until it clicks firmly into place, start at the lower end of the recommended wattage range, and work upwards gradually over the first few draws. Never skip the priming wait — a dry first draw on a fresh Q Series Pod can compromise the mesh coil before it has a chance to deliver its full flavour potential.

When to Change Your Q Series Side Fill Pod

Geekvape Q Series side fill pods typically last between one and two weeks of regular daily vaping, depending on resistance, wattage, e-liquid type, and usage frequency. The VPU tech mesh construction extends coil life meaningfully beyond conventional round-wire pods of similar resistance. The clearest sign a Pod needs replacing is a change in flavour — a flat, muted, or slightly burnt taste means the VPU mesh is spent. Reduced vapour production or a gurgling draw are secondary indicators. Keeping the Pod topped up at all times and never vaping on a near-empty Pod significantly extends coil lifespan. With three pods in every pack, a fresh replacement is always ready.

E-Liquid Compatibility

All 10ml nicotine salt e-liquids at QSS Vape — including the full Elux Salt, Crystal Salt, Just Juice Bar, Pixl, OXVA OX Passion, and Riot X nic salt ranges — pair perfectly with the 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, and 1.2Ω Q Series side fill pods. High VG (70/30+) can work in the lower resistances but may struggle to keep up in the 1.2Ω Pod — 50/50 remains the optimum e-liquid choice across all four resistance options for consistent wicking and the cleanest possible flavour performance.

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
