If you’re shopping with us online or over the telephone, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we all make mistakes from time to time.
To be eligible for a return, we request that all products that have been purchased must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in. All hardware must be returned with the full packaging, including the outer sleeve, as this contains the serial number of the product. If a product is returned without this, unfortunately we will not accept it.
When returning your purchased items, please include your customer order details, so that on return we know, who it is from and we can provide a refund to the right customer.
If you have decided to return the items purchased, we ask that you wrap the items so they don’t get damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, the following items are exempt from being returned and this due to hygiene purposes.
Opened E-Liquids and Shortfills E-Liquids that have had the nicotine put in them.
Tank/ Atomizers which have been used or have had E-Liquids put in them.
Vape Kits which have been used or had E-Liquids put in them
If you want to exchange a product, we ask you to return the product to us and when we have received the product and inspected it, we will then send out your chosen product to you. We will try to ensure that we send out the product to you on the same day as receiving you returned product.
Once we have received your product as inspected it and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the value of your product excluding any postage charges originally paid. We refund back into the payment method originally used. Please allow a few days for the funds to show in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days of returning your items, we ask you to first check with your bank and also contact us on 01273 747853 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we have received your items and the refund has been issued.
Sale or Clearance Items.
Only our regular items can be refunded, unfortunately any sale items are exempt from being refunded.
