Some vital information about sub-ohm vaping:

This vape tank is ideally intended for sub-ohm vaping.

This means they require a more significant amount of knowledge and experience to safely and correctly for the best experience.

They use specially designed coils that register below 1.0 Ohm resistance for use at higher wattages.

We recommend when sub-ohm vaping, you do not use e-liquid that is higher than 6mg nicotine; this can be very harsh on the throat for some. Sub-ohm vaping inhale differently and produce a much more vivid vapour cloud, and because of this, a stronger throat hit at lower nicotine. We recommend using a high VG e-liquid, which is 70% VG or higher.

*If an item is returned to us by your local customs office we can provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.

We are currently offering free UK delivery (2nd class signed for) on all orders over £30.

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time). Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day We try our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible, please email us if you have any specific requirements on: info@qss-vape.co.uk.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £50. We recommend choosing the Special Delivery option for all orders over £50 as this covers goods up to £500 and is guaranteed next working day delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) and 14 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
