In a conventional sub-ohm tank, a fixed static chimney runs up through the centre of the tank above the coil, channelling vapour from the coil upwards to the drip tip. Aspire's solution with the Cleito was to eliminate the static chimney and build the chimney directly into the coil head.

How to Install and Prime Your Cleito Coil

Installing a fresh Cleito coil is straightforward—unscrew the base of your Cleito or Cleito EXO tank, remove the spent coil, and screw the fresh coil into the base. Before vaping, prime the coil by dripping three to five drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed cotton wicking visible inside and around the coil head, then allow it to soak for two to three minutes before taking your first draw. This priming step is essential—it ensures the organic cotton is fully saturated before the heating element fires and prevents the dry hit that can occur with an unprimed coil. Never vape immediately after fitting a fresh Cleito coil without priming first.

Once primed and installed, start at the lower end of the recommended wattage range for your chosen coil and work upwards gradually over your first few puffs — this breaks the coil in gently, extends its lifespan, and gives you the best possible flavour throughout. Jumping straight to the top of the wattage range on a fresh coil can burn the cotton before it's fully saturated, significantly shortening coil life.

When to Change Your Cleito Coil

Aspire Cleito coils typically last between one and two weeks of regular daily sub-ohm vaping, depending on the e-liquid used, vaping frequency, and chosen wattage. Higher wattages and sweeter e-liquids will naturally shorten coil life, while moderate wattages and cleaner profiles will extend it. E-Liquid Compatibility

All Aspire Cleito coils are designed for use with high-VG e-liquids of 60% VG or higher — with 70VG/30PG or above strongly recommended for best results. The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
