How to Install and Prime Your Prism S Coil

Installing a fresh Prism S coil is one of the most straightforward coil-change processes available — the no-spill coil swap system makes it quick, clean, and completely tool-free. Unscrew the base of your T20S or compatible Innokin tank, then pull the old coil straight out vertically without twisting. Before fitting the fresh coil, prime it by applying two to three drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed Japanese organic cotton wicking visible at the top and sides of the coil, then push the primed coil firmly into the coil seat. Screw the tank base back on securely, fill your tank with e-liquid through the top fill port, and wait at least three to five minutes for the cotton to fully saturate before taking your first puff. Start at the lower end of the recommended wattage range and work up gradually over the first few draws to bed the coil in gently and get the best possible flavour throughout its lifespan.

When to Change Your Prism S Coil

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
