How to Install Your Refill Pod

Installing a fresh IVG Pro 12 refill Pod couldn't be simpler. Remove both the 2ml prefilled Pod and the 10ml container from their packaging. Line them up and click them together securely until they connect. Slide the combined Pod into the top of your IVG Pro 12 or IVG Pro 2 device and push it firmly into place until it seats correctly. Remove any protective stickers or rubber plugs, then allow a few moments for the mesh coil to fully saturate with e-liquid before taking your first puff. That's it — no filling, no tools, no mess. From opening the pack to vaping takes less than a minute.

The device automatically feeds e-liquid from the 10ml container into the 2ml Pod throughout its life, ensuring the mesh coil is always perfectly saturated for consistent flavour from the very first puff right through to the last. When the Pod is finally empty, pull it from the device and click in a fresh one.

*If an item is returned to us by your local customs office we can provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time). Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day We try our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible, please email us if you have any specific requirements on: info@qss-vape.co.uk.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £50. We recommend choosing the Special Delivery option for all orders over £50 as this covers goods up to £500 and is guaranteed next working day delivery.
