How It Works

The IVG Pro 12 operates on the same intuitive auto-refill principle as other premium prefilled pod kits. Each pod set contains a 2ml prefilled pod and a 10ml refill container. As the 2ml pod depletes during use, it automatically draws from the 10ml reservoir, delivering around 12ml of e-liquid in total without any manual intervention needed.

To get started, simply line up the 2ml pod and 10ml refill container, click them together, and slide the connected pod into the top of the device until it seats firmly in place. *If an item is returned to us by your local customs office we can provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.

We are currently offering free UK delivery (2nd class signed for) on all orders over £30.

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time). Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £50. We recommend choosing the Special Delivery option for all orders over £50 as this covers goods up to £500 and is guaranteed next working day delivery.
