Fitting a fresh Vibe Dual Mesh Smart Pod is a simple, tool-free process. Remove the old Pod from the device by pulling it upwards away from the magnetic connection. Fill the fresh Pod through the side-fill port before inserting it into the device — open the silicone tab, fill to the maximum line, and close the tab firmly. Allow three to five minutes for the dual mesh coils to fully saturate with e-liquid before vaping — this priming step is important for both coils and ensures clean, accurate flavour from the very first draw in either mode. Push the filled Pod into the device's magnetic connection until it clicks securely into place.

Once installed, the device will automatically detect the Pod's resistance pairing and display the available mode settings. All 10ml nicotine salt e-liquids at QSS Vape pair perfectly with both Vibe Pod configurations — including the full Elux Salt, Crystal Salt, Just Juice Bar, Pixl, OXVA OX Passion, and Riot X nic salt ranges — delivering clean, accurate, and consistently satisfying MTL and RDTL performance across both ECO and Power modes.

High-VG e-liquids of 60VG or above are not recommended for Vibe Dual Mesh Smart Pods — the thicker consistency does not wick efficiently through the dual mesh coil setup at Vibe wattages and will cause dry hits and premature Pod failure. 50/50 remains the optimum e-liquid choice across both Pod configurations and both modes.

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
