The VM1 is the coil to reach for if you want a satisfying DTL experience from a Voopoo kit without stepping up to the more power-hungry VM5 or VM6 — it's an excellent all-day coil for vapers who want strong flavour and good vapour production at a comfortable, accessible wattage. Best paired with high-VG e-liquids of 60% VG or above. Works well with 70VG/30PG shortfills from the QSS Vape range at 3mg–6mg freebase strength.

Not recommended with 20mg nicotine salts — the increased vapour production at 32–40W makes high-strength nic salts uncomfortably harsh at this wattage.

PnP VM5 0.2Ω Mesh Coil — 40W–60W | DTL

The VM5 is a significant step up from the VM1 — a full DTL mesh coil that operates at 40–60W and delivers a noticeably warmer, more open draw, with substantially greater cloud production and a more intense flavour profile. This is the coil for vapers who want to get serious about cloud and flavour performance from their Voopoo kit — the jump from 0.3Ω to 0.2Ω is immediately and clearly perceptible in the warmth, density, and depth of every draw.

The VM5 requires a device that can comfortably sustain 40W or above for best results — check your device's maximum wattage output before choosing this coil. Paired with the right device and a quality high-VG shortfill, the VM5 delivers an outstanding cloud-chasing, flavour-forward DTL experience that rivals much more expensive coil setups. Best with high-VG e-liquids of 70% VG or higher at 3mg freebase strength. 50/50 e-liquids at lower nicotine strengths also work well. Not recommended with 20mg nic salts.

PnP VM6 0.15Ω Mesh Coil — 60W–80W | DTL

The 0.15Ω resistance requires a device with strong power delivery — your kit needs to sustain 60W or above at minimum comfortably, and ideally closer to 80W for the best results.

The VM6 is for experienced DTL vapers who know exactly what they want and run a capable high-wattage Voopoo kit like the Drag X, Drag 4, or Argus series. At 60–80W with a good high-VG shortfill, the flavour and cloud production are genuinely impressive—bold, warm, and deeply satisfying with every draw. Despite the small wicking holes on the coil, the VM6 actually works best with 50/50 VG/PG e-liquids at lower nicotine strengths as well as 70VG+ shortfills — the smaller holes wick thinner liquids efficiently and consistently. Not recommended with 20mg nic salts at this wattage under any circumstances.

PnP TM2 0.8Ω Mesh Coil — 12W–18W | MTL

The TM2 is the standout MTL coil in the Voopoo PnP range and what makes the PnP platform such a genuinely versatile system. Important compatibility and wattage notes:

• Always check your device's maximum wattage output before selecting a coil — the VM5 requires 40W+, the VM6 requires 60W+. Using these coils in a device that cannot reach their recommended wattage will result in poor flavour and premature coil failure.
• The VM5 and VM6 are not recommended for lower-wattage Pod kits below 40W — please ensure your device can reach the coil's minimum recommended wattage before ordering.
• PnP coils are not compatible with the Drag X2, Drag X3, Drag S2, or Drag S3 — those devices use the newer PnP-X coil platform, which is a different product and not interchangeable with the standard PnP range.

How to Install and Prime Your PnP Coil

Installing a Voopoo PnP coil is one of the most satisfying coil-change experiences in vaping — the push-fit system works exactly as the name promises. Remove the Pod or tank from your device, locate the coil seat, and pull the old coil straight out. Before fitting the fresh coil, prime it by applying three to five drops of e-liquid directly onto the exposed organic cotton wicking visible through the ports on the coil body — allow it to soak for three to five minutes. Push the primed coil firmly into the coil seat until it clicks securely into place, reattach the Pod or tank, fill with e-liquid, and start at the lower end of the recommended wattage range. Work up gradually over the first few draws to bed the coil in gently and extend its lifespan significantly. Never skip the priming step — a dry hit on a fresh unprimed coil is the single most common cause of premature coil failure.

When to Change Your PnP Coil

Voopoo PnP coils typically last between one and two weeks of regular daily vaping, with lifespan varying depending on chosen wattage, e-liquid type, and vaping frequency. Sweeter e-liquids and higher wattages shorten coil life — cleaner profiles and moderate wattages extend it. A change in flavour — flat, muted, or burnt — is the clearest sign a coil needs replacing. The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
